Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any purpose, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (for example, our SMS delivery/carrier platform).

• Water providers/utilities you are associated with, as necessary to administer their cross connection control and backflow management program

• Legal and safety purposes, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CCRA, our users, or others

We do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for SMS with any third party for marketing purposes, as noted in Section 3.
